Nick Alvarado started Central Valley Home Upgrades as a small roofing company and built it into what his own site calls "a full-service home exterior and water quality provider" for Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, Selma, Reedley and the communities around them. Roofing, exterior work, water heaters, kitchens and baths — and now the water systems division, Fresno Water Pros.
The water side works the way the rest of his company does. You call, he answers or calls you back the same day. He comes to your kitchen with a test kit, shows you the hardness, TDS, chlorine and pH numbers, and writes you a price for the system your water actually needs. Then he installs it — clean copper, a proper bypass and drain, no mess — usually in about a day.
